For the second time in two years, the Texans have lost a teammate due to a serious neck injury. Against the Denver Broncos on Friday night, wide receiver Harry Williams collided with teammate Nick Ferguson and suffered a fracture of his C-3 vertebra. He was initially paralyzed on the field. It brought back memories to teammates, who underwent a similar situation during the regular season last year. Defensive lineman Cedric Killings fractured his C-4 vertebra during a play against the Indianapolis Colts and was initially paralyzed. Killings regained all of his movement, but was forced to retire early from the sport.
